Recommend any good Dermatologists?

I've been dealing with Vitiligo (facial) for the past 10 years or so, and it's been very manageable up until this year. I've had an excellent dermatologist back in my hometown (the Philippines), but this year, I'm in need of one in B.C. since my skin condition has exacerbated exponentially lately...
Would you guys happen to know any good Dermatologists that you could recommend? Preferably in the Richmond / Vancouver area.

Also, is it required to have a family doctor referral prior to booking an appointment with a dermatologist? A pharmacist had informed me on this, so I just wanted to quickly confirm.

Much appreciated, and thank you guys very much in advance!

Dr. Gary Tullis at Metrotown in Burnaby.

Yes you need a referral to go see him.

(Highly recommend as I know lots of people who have gone to see him, including myself)

Dr Gillian De Gannes. I just started seeing her. She listens and addresses all your concerns.
