Yup, for me too OP. Been doing it for too long though... you should have your room pitch black when it reaches day light because it goes through ones eyelids and some repairing mechanisms dont fully work to heal the body. If you have a really good eye mask that could work.

I did it for half a year would usually go to bed 7am up at 11 or noon. I don't miss it, I'd rather sleep at night and get up early 5:30 or 6:00am if I sleep past 7:30 on a weekend I feel like I wasted my day.

I used to go gym at 2-4 am cuz the squat racks are empty and I can do arm curls without dirty looks

7seven: I really can't stand all these idiots who hit the gym now just because they watched 300 and want to be like a spartan. Case in point, this skinny guy comes into the gym the other day, must have only weighed ~ 140lbs, loads on 2 plates on the bench rack, mutters to himself, for sparta, unracks the barbell and proceeds to drop it directly on his chest.

I loved the late night action once upon a time but perhaps for the wrong reasons. I was completely nocturnal. Sun would literally burn my eyes and I'd be seeking shelter(or an after, after hours). But alas, I settled down, ditched the "scene" and now I'm a boring 8 to 5'er living in the 'burbs with a wife and kid.

I used to love staying up till 6am but now its a go to bed max 4am on weekends and midnight during the week.
