To the OP: Do not record it on camera, why do you want to incriminate yourself trespassing your neighbor's property? Wait until night them, when the wasps go back to their nest to warm up, blast it with a power washer. Once the hive hits the ground, they will just leave. Clean thoroughly the spot they anchor to the wall, so they won't come back. When you neighbor ask WTF.. you can say you "mis fired".

People will pick up bee swarms for free because they can resell it for a couple hundred bucks. Last year my hives gave me 100L of honey, it is really easy money.

If its actually bees please let the bee keepers deal with it or find someone professional that will relocate the nest. The population of bees are dying quickly and without them there will be severe environmental consequences.

If its a wasp nest, burn that motherfucker down.

If you read OP's original post. the wasps nest is at his neighbors house. Burning anything that is not on your property is a big no no.

Actually the bees we want to save are not only the honey bees, but mason and bumble bees.. those live by burrowing.. and are much more susceptible to insecticide and just ground disturbance.

because if you read the thread.. most people are confusing the two. Some people were saying people will pick up bee swarms.. they are more common when it is warm, that's when the nest splits. I am just saying, people are willing to pick them up, besides it is easy and bees are very docile is they have resell value.

OP says it's a hornets nest. Pretty sure no honey or anything of value is being produced.

You clearly didn't read OP's original fucking post.

A) The thread title clearly states HORNETS NEST
B) In OP's original post it clearly states: "Burning it with fire isn't an option, nor is attacking it with a pressure washer."
C) Just incase you missed A), it's nothing to do with bee's, bumble bee's, mason bee's.. anything.

Please take your non-sense and leave.

To OP: If your neighbor won't take responsibility for it, lets just be real then. Knock it off and let it smash open on the ground, the hornets will be HELLA pissed for 3-4 days and will attack anything that comes near it, but that's their problem.

For you, don't use that 1 entrance for the time being and it will go away. Honestly, I'm sure once it hits the ground and the hornets come out blazing, your neighbors will smarten up and deal with it.

All the above is from personal experience, we had a hornets nest in a tree in our front yard. Our genius neighbor hit it with a football and it broke on the ground. It was right next to the garage so all we did was get in our cars first, then open the garage and leave. It's a bit of an inconvenience, but better to deal with it now, then later.

OP's tenant uses the door that is 15 ft from where the nest is. Not that great of an idea to have a swarm of pissed off wasp/hornets.

Just dealt with a nest at my place with some spray from home depot. There are 2 types, one is a foam that shoots 6-8 ft and the other shoots like 20 ft which isn't foam, but more of a poisonous liquid. I got the foam one as the nest we about 10 ft high. Covered the opening with foam so they can't escape and then put the straw in the hive and just kept on spraying, flooding the nest. This morning the ground was littered with 20+ dead bodies.

The Shopvac method seems like the best bet in terms of safety and effectiveness.
