It's likely there's an image for each unreadable plate. There's some margin of error using machine reading of images of the plates. Those unreadable images would probably go to a human operator to review. I'm sure the reviewers know of the vehicles that repeatedly have unreadable plates.

I wonder how long TRO holds onto the images for.

Base it off the unlimited crossing rate.

I heard a story of someone who kept crossing a toll bridge with his plate hidden (don't recall if it was local)... same time, both ways, every day, on his commute. The toll operators realized this after a little while, and had the cops waiting for him one day... when he did it again, regular as clockwork.

Seriously, it's just as bad as this twatwaffle flipping his plate down RIGHT IN FRONT OF A COP. These people are too stupid to be clever and deserve whatever comes to them.

dude probably planned this out. i save way more then the $500 on tolls and worst case they can take this beater.

and we're at worst case.

Lots of people choose to drive cars like geo metros not cus they cant afford better but quite often cus they are just cheap and hate paying a fortune in fuel costs just to commute to work. Then you flip your plate to be even an cheaper prick lol. The only risk after years of doing this, loose your beater car and a fine. Ill wager he saved far more than hes gonna pay out
