Nope. We can import cars less than 15 yrs old from USA/Mexico thanks to NAFTA.
Some manufacturers make it difficult because they don't like it. For example Honda will not honor any warranty if you go buy a USA car and bring it here. Ran into that with S2000 when they were newer but once they are older it doesn't matter.

I very much disliked the FK8 until I saw it in red. Now with the Sonic Grey I'm seriously considering one. I love those pastel grey tones. Nardo, Cement, etc.
