Not sure if you will find one locally. You may be better off looking in the US, but enough of us here that someone will post up if something pops up.
Just be prepared to pay as I am sure you know, people will ask for the moon.

I now know of 2 local LE’s, one brought in from out of province. Both went straight into storage, their idea of an investment. Right now it’s better than money in the bank but there’s are so many better ways to make money.
