this is what I have after crafting the 10 AKs lol. shit if I knew about the new stuff at dz 50/70 I wouldnt of crafted that AK

I went hard in this game for like 4 weeks, but now I just do the dailys/challenge since it gets boring once u hit DZ 50. but now I might as well grind it to DZ 70/90

hopefully you can turn those blue/green divisiontech gear into high end as well.

anyone notice sometimes your gear dosent show the right numbers? like youll have it equip but it dosent change your stats. I encounter this daily and have to log out/restart for it to go back to normal

High End items are 100% drop on Named Enemies. Item Levels are directly related to the enemy levels. HE Division Tech drop rate increased.

Named Enemies have specific loot tables, so farming something specific (IE gloves), can be easier if you find a boss that has gloves in his loot table.

Looks like a decent update thanks to this. Farming Challenge mode should then give you guaranteed higher item level gear. And Higher level DZ will be more rewarding!

Go to the range and shoot the gun full auto without any mods on it. This will tell you the drift pattern for that gun. For example, the Vector goes horizontal a lot but the MP5 is straight up and down so I've stacked it with crit %, crit damage and stability. Stability is the most important, I think. Really let's you hold fire on people's heads.

My M1A has a weapon damage extended clip and I stack stability again along with having the balanced talent on it. I can pretty much rapid fire laserbeam headshots.

about 6 full days into this game and I finally get my first high end drop in the DZ lol

Will try today. Reading in YouTube comments that HE drops are uncommon on that one though.

Not challenge mode = less chance of a HE and even if you get one, it will be a level 30 HE. Farming Police Academy is only for PC and parts.

Darn...I probably can get better payoff on Lincoln Tunnel runs with public matchmaking, getting 30PC plus one guaranteed HE drop and chance for more.

I thought it was just me that only had Challenge mode available on a limited number of missions. Didn't know it's the same for everyone.

Still laughing about you complaining that you don't get HE drops.
Then right away I see the chat say you got a Midas.
Should of made some other player kill you so I could pick it up.

Really challenge mode is the best and fastest way to get geared. Not only is there a chance of a ilvl31 HE drop but you get a guaranteed HE drop as well as lots of Phoenix Credits and crafting mats. If you luck out in the DZ, then maybe but if you have a squad that can run them quick, challenge mode is the best way to go.

Running hard mode solo now compared to when I was leveling up is LOL. Like a knife through butter. I'm going to start soloing challenge mode since I imagine at my gear level now, it's like soloing hard mode as a fresh character.

its more for farming materials if anything before the patch, convert all those purps to high end material

Anybody get every single piece of Intel? I finally completed all side missions, and I'm still missing over 100 Intel. Doesn't even seem worth it to run around and do all those stupid slow ECHOs and Missing Agents.

I'm actually quite close to collecting them all. But I sorta stopped going after them when I beat the story lol. (Prior to beating the story missions, I went out of my way to grab them all).

I might find a day to go collect the rest just for trophies, but I'm not much of a PSN trophy hunter ;p

So... the new sets are revealed, and it feels like they are quite unbalanced... some are much better than the others ;s

got pretty much all intel/reports/phones/missing agents/crashed drones on the right side of the DZ

I'm lvl 14 and just hit DZ lvl 30. Should I save my DZ keys for when I hit lvl 30 or just use them now to gear up.

Most probably know about this by now but. Found a helpful glitch today. When you go down the elevator into that hallway with the mannequins on Lexington event centre; if you just draw the guys back to that hallway and all stand in the elevator they don't shot at you. Also works on the roof top but not as well as you have next to no visibility on the enemies.

Good tip for those struggling, but I think if you can't clear that particular area with conventional means, your team might be too weak to do other parts of that mission.

Anticipating the upcoming patch, I've converted all my green/blue mats to yellow. Should I be doing the same for my green/blue Dark Zone Division Tech mats?
