I got a few tickets for not displaying my a while back. I was asking for a ticket. "Either way i'm disputing it" he says. How do you think you have some sort of chance at beating the ticket?? You have no fucking chance. You MUST display it, its the law. No matter who's car you're in. The judge will not give a shit.

From what I understand, you cannot get a more hefty charge than what you have already by disputing something. Because if that was true, disputing a ticket becomes a gamble, not a right.

The judge will not give a shit. | Doesn't beat the guy I recently pulled over for driving with no insurance, a suspended license, and unable to provide registration. By the time I turned around and stopped him, he was already in his driveway. Should have towed his vehicle, and could've written him for all the infractions. Cut him a break and just did him for drive while suspended. I received a trial notice because he's pleading not guilty.
