Very good customer service, very good communication. Their Black Friday deals are pretty good, that's when I got my laptop

I also hear good things about XIDAX as a reseller, but I have never bought from them.
Il look into Xidax. only Canadian reseller I know of is Reflex Notebook Canada - Your Source for Sager Notebooks and Laptops in Canada

but dam. the laptop I want is like $3500 lol but then pretty much the only thing you would need to upgrade on that thing is the video card in a few years

Have 1 for work and love it.
Surface Pro is an acquired taste. It's not for everyone due to the odd form factor. I've had mine since the day it was released and it's been a bit buggy till the most recent firmware updates where it's just starting to become a stable device.

All Canadian resellers are overpriced.

Get one from Eurocom instead.

I got a P650SE with a 4720HQ + 970M for like $1400 shipped.
