this trade is messed up
anyhow, the salary retain is ridiculous
and Ryan Spooner is on pace for double the pts what Nash is projected..and belesky is a great depth player
so wtf is boston thinking.. unless its true, Jarome Iginla is gonna suit up..or what.. they bringing Chris Kelly back? hhahhahaha
dumb trade... also I believe both nash and spooner are playing tonight as well

Agreed, horrible trade, for some reason Bruins managemen doesn’t like Spooner?? He has good PPG production... Beleskey appears to be a bit of a lost cause, but giving up their first pick in this next purportedly deep draft????

I cant even understand what Ottawa is doing anymore. They have made sakic look like a genius from all of this. That first next year has serious no 1 overall potential now.

Melnyk lost a big chunk of his assets to his ex-wife during their divorce, so he's really strapped for cash right now. It's sad to see a team go from 1 goal away from the SCF to being a lottery pick team that trades away their best player.

Possible Holm wasn't happy. If memory serves me right there were a few teams after Holm in the offseason but he chose to come here, might have been "promised" things. No clue.
