Don't think anyone is going to want to be associated with this woman. Jail time, most likely not, but she's going to lose her job (if she had one) and have a hard time living this down. Mind you, people forget easily.

In the end, poor kids. Their mom - not even sure if she was the paternal parent, just made the biggest mistake of her life. She may have easily killed one of the flaggers. Fly off the handle types are scary as hell.

My guess is her lawyer will strike a plea deal with crown.
Plead guilty to the 2 counts of driving without due care and 2 counts of leaving the scene of an accident. And for pleading guilty, they will drop the 2 assault and the 2 assault with a deadly weapon charges.

IIRC, those 2 charges are part of the MVA and not criminal so she won't see any jail time but the driving supernintendo might take away her drivers license.

flaggers need to lawyer up for Personal Injury Claim,theres footage but would most likely take 40-50% cut...better than nothing.

must be something happened before that video, as the SUV was sitting at the wrong side of the road. If I were the flagger, I would stop the traffic just to let it go first.

It pisses me the the fuck off when people expect me to come to a complete stop, with fucking cars behind me, to let them merge in! Wtf is wrong with people? Do they not know that THEY need to adjust THEIR speed to merge? The world doesnt fucking stop moving just cuz u gotta change lanes. Fucking people.
