just in that video she had plenty of room to merge, before dump truck, before caravan, before infiniti suv, missed all good chances and went in to rage mode?

it was sitting outside of traffic where the construction was happening so I'm assuming there was already a confrontation...the news also reports of an earlier hit

It goes both ways though, I've seen a lot of younger flaggers on their phone and not really paying attention to what's going on. I don't even trust people when I'm protected in my truck I wouldn't put my guard down standing in the middle of the street.

Because it had already been discussed in another thread over 24 hours prior to OP posting a new thread about it.
So basically people are discouraged from posting new threads about current events in the current events forum. Keep everything tucked away in one big long thread, where many people would never even see it if they don't go to that thread every day.

i think lifetime driving ban(better damn well be the ruling) and probably never having custody of her children is hopefully enough motivation to stay under help and medication
or it could go the other way since she has nothing to lose

I couldn't handle that as a flagger. I'd have a bin of rocks to throw at windshields for those speeding or texting idiots. At least have a AR15 paintball gun with you.
