lol, you might be right, but I need a cheap 7 seaters and take benefit of the latest EV tax credit in Hong Kong (around CAD42000 value of the car will be tax free).
In order to get the credit, I need to write off a POS car to benefit from it, so this is the one as I have a Model 3 on the waiting list.
2011 Stepwgn: HKD138,000 + HKD20,000 repair bill (CVT, tires, electric door, illegal side windows)
2011 Mazda 5: HKD59,000 + oil change

How much was the manual trans? Just curious as I think there a quite a few clean autos out there will get manual conversions one day. (911s, Supras etc)

ya man - easiest way to manual swap. Learned it from a 993 I saw at c&c  Untitled by GhstRidr, on Flickr
trans and DS about 600. I'll prob buy a new flywheel and clutch ~1k. Misc parts 400 more
Hoping to have it in the car for 2k all in doing the work myself

Found a full swap for the wagon for $1200. Thinking I'll pull the trigger on that. Tranny swap meet?
Shall I prebook the tow truck and an appt. at Leah's for when I lose my shit when I realize that I'm 100% incapable of such work?
