White folks in Langley roll over for the homeless. It's a joke that they have shelters so close to schools, homes and an ice rink. Some fuken crackhead stole my air force ones from the locker room back in April.....

Why do homeless need housing in prime real estate areas and next to schools etc?
If there was a plan to treat addiction and homeless by building a massive modular housing camp out in chilliwack etc and install the resources and support needed I’d cut a $1500 cheque out of my own pocket tomorrow.
These projects I can’t say I support

everywhere is next to somebodys home, friend.
you cant throw homeless people in the middle of nowhere. they have the worst access to transportation coupled with the highest need for medical attention and government services.

It will be a single parent, it will be a new immigrant, it will be someone whose trying to pick their life back up. These homeless craxkhead people you speak of will continue to shun projects like this and often have no interest living in an apartment building.

They're talking about shelters, not low income housing. I know there is a difference between the two. The problem with low income housing is that it's a generation away from being a ghetto. Many don't know this, but Vancouver had a huge number of project housing back in the 60's and 70's.
