for christ's sake no one is saying people who NEED help shouldn't receive it.
the whole point of taxation is to improve society. no one has a problem with that.
it's when it becomes an enabler to counter-productivity, and/or drug use, that people, rightfully so, become aggravated.
at that point, it's not helping society. it's hindering it.
i think that's a pretty legit grievance, no?
