Depends on how you want to do it, but the 3 days I was there, I spent about 4k. Nothing interesting spending wise on any of that either. Just booze, drugs and strippers. I'd rather get some blow and go to no.5 orange than hop on a flight to do the same thing.

I was that drunk. Sigh.

My buddy said the same thing, except, he claims he banged them then they robbed him. I firmly believe he was just to drunk and stupid to understand he bought the premium package.

$1400 at Bellagio seems a bit high?
4 of us went a couple years back and paid about $800 after all the taxes and fees at Venetian.

Don't forget to hit up Towbin Dodge when you're out there.

Roll out in some Chopper Edition Chrysler 200s baby.

J-Chow 08-29-2018 11:32 PM

Oh, and also download myvegas app on your phone. If you play enough and win enough credits, (just put it on auto play) you can get comped hotel rooms at specific hotels; vdara, aria, Bellagio, and a few select others. You don't need to pay for the app, and you win credits very easily.

My wife played it for a few months, and are staying at Vdara, 2 free nights.

I would just use pts to book flights. Bring money and gamble to win enough for that days food. And just spend it on the groom if anything. Somebody said it already. It’s not an escape for you but doing it for the groom.

I think he means $350 total per person for the duration of the trip. Not $350 per person, per night.

For the time we're going in June it's $350 CAD per night for a room + resort fee's = ~ $1375 CAD

Divide that by 4 and you're around $350 CAD per person for the entire trip at the Bellagio.

edit; luckily Expedia shows the resort fees, otherwise we'd have a nice little surprise when we get there. It just sounds like a complete money grab.. resort fees? Damn these people are getting creative.. I also heard the airlines are increasing the baggage fees too, WTF?

punkwax 08-30-2018 01:18 PM

You aren’t doing a package deal? Also, you have a lot of time to book. Be patient and you’ll probably find a better price for June.

Not to hijack the thread from PeanutButter, but more feed off of it, my groomsmen are planning my bachelor party for next March/April. Haven't decided on a location yet. Totally open to ideas. Haven't thought about Scottsdale, but it seems interesting.

One groomsman keeps talking about Vegas, but I think it's only because he has been there once. I've been there six times over the past decade, so for me it isn't that special anymore. Plus I agree that it has become super expensive.

I wish Montreal was a bit closer. Anyone been to a bachelor party in Portland? LA?

Friend had his in Portland (couldn't attend) and it sounded like he had a lot of fun. The fact that there's no tax really helped with shopping and any other spending they chose to do. Portland has the highest number of strip clubs per capita, so if that's your thing then there's a huge selection to choose from. Portland is also 6th in craft breweries per capita if drinking is your thing. You could make plans to visit a brewery and strip club one after another for a week and still not hit all of them :lol

Montreal is definitely farther than Portland and requires airfare, so that's an additional cost of anywhere from $400 - $800 depending on when you fly. Montreal is king for hot women and cheap dances at strip clubs, so they have that over most of the US strip clubs. Montreal also has a ton of excellent restaurants and bars, so you definitely won't lose out if you chose this option. The other thing that I think Montreal has over other party cities is the vast amount of culture there that you could spend a day just wandering around and enjoying yourself without having to go with booze or strippers.

https://www.cbc.ca/news/business/air...fees-1.4801201

The country's two largest airlines are raising the fee for the first checked bag to $30 from $25. They will also raise the price of checking a second piece of luggage to $50 from $30.

Air Canada and WestJet say the increases follow similar fee bumps by major U.S. airline JetBlue Airways Corp., as well as rising fuel prices and other costs.

I just looked at a package deal with the bellagio and it's actually more expensive... lol

Geese.

If only we could just stay at the Trump Tower, it's so much cheaper than everywhere else, I guess business isn't as good so they're trying to attract people to stay there.

rageguy 08-30-2018 04:28 PM

Went to a Vegas night club this year, min spend floor level table for 6 guys at Omnia for Nervo was $4000 USD. Went to Montreal night club just last week, table for 6 guys at Newspeak for Standerwick was $400 CAD.

Oh and $20 CAD lap dances at Kingdom in Montreal.

Then you really need to be more patient and book later.

Why are you so stuck on Bellagio btw? Venetian/Pallazo could be less and they have nice big rooms. Trump is off strip as well which is why it’s traditionally cheaper.

Trump was always cheaper than other hotels. No casino is probably why.

You should book now on a site where they would be willing to price match with you until 24 hours to your check in. You're still booking pretty damn early. Also should try the $20 sandwich trick and see if they can waive the resort fee or upgrade you. $20 Dollar Trick for Room Upgrades at Las Vegas Hotels in 2018 check it out.

As this thread goes on, i feel the groomsmen should just invite RS to the bachelor party as well. Gambling degenerates doesn't need a bedroom, they will be up gambling the entire night. lol

!LittleDragon 08-30-2018 04:48 PM

For the price, you're better off at the Venetian. It's a much bigger 950sqft room. It'll be a lot more comfortable for 4 dudes.

Or get a suite at a cheaper hotel like Treasure Island or Monte Carlo

It's because the groom and groomsmen will be at the Bellagio, so everyone wanted to be at the same hotel.

Mr.Money 08-30-2018 11:54 PM

bunked up together..hold up,the real question is how you gonna plan to fuck bitches in las vegas like that...

shittteeeee

Went to Scottsdale for my BIL stag and had a blast. Everyone's friendly and fun. Girls are easy to talk to (except the Asians ). Had this one cute college blonde buy me a couple drinks first night at the bar, wasn't expecting anything she just wanted to shoot the shit. We also rented a rancher with a pool in the back, was like $250/ person for a 4 night stay. We also Uber-ed into Phoenix one night hitting up strip clubs.

JD¹³ 09-01-2018 07:22 PM

PeanutButter do yourself and your groom a huge favour and DO NOT go to Vegas. Fuck Vegas. Worst, most overhyped city to party. That city exists solely to separate men from money and women while trying to convince you that you have to pay to play because Vegas. 12-15 of guys trying to get in any bar or club is going to cost you thousands. You will have way more fun, for a lot less, with infinitely less pretentious garbage in cities like Scottsdale, Montreal, or Nashville. Some buddies of mine did one in Austin this spring as well and said it was great. Don't go to Vegas.

cdizzle_996 09-01-2018 10:50 PM

Or Nashville..

Obsideon 09-02-2018 12:12 AM

I actually enjoy Vegas for the buffets, food, shows and even the vibe of some of the casinos (Craps is super fun with a bunch of cool people).
NOT to party, that shit is marked up like 1400%. They charge $1200 for a $70 bottle of vodka that a bunch of girls will drink 80% of it anyway lol.

PeanutButter 09-02-2018 03:38 PM

^Red Star gummy.. I'm already scared.. lol
I find it difficult to walk and be in public when I do edibles, so I definitely wouldn't do that. I didn't know MJ was legal in Vegas though, that's interesting news.

3000 MGs?! Is that the kind of star Lee Syatt does on Joey's podcast?

Jesus christ... I've taken 300MG before, and was FUCKED, how do you add an extra zero to that?
