How much would a 3 night stag cost in Vegas?

I have a potential stag in Vegas next year and wanted to get an idea of costs

Info:
- Stag in Vegas
- 3 nights (fri,sat,sun) in June/July
- approx. 12-15 guys
- clubbing potentially fri and sat night (bottles)
- strip club is always a must I assume

I'm wondering how much this would potentially cost. I've never gone clubbing with bottles in Vegas, so I don't know how much this would cost.

For the strip clubs there, how much are dances? provided I don't get dances, what other expenses do I need to worry about?
- Cover cost?
- min. drink spend?
- anything else?

Flights are about $500 CAD
Hotels aboud $300-400 CAD each guy?
Food should be about $50 CAD a day at least?

I'm more concerned about the clubbing and the strip clubs, not to mentioned any other activity we do

Any input would be helpful. Thanks

there's a massive thread in the travel forum

i rarely go down but your flight seems realistic, room it depends on the hotel, size and how many you're divvy-ing, your food budget is definitely on the low-side

you want to also consider the cost of activities (shows, exotics on race track, shooting range, side trip to grand canyons, etc)

best advice is to fly from yvr, not bellingham

Fuck Vegas strip clubs, do not, and I cannot emphasize this enough, DO NOT get tricked into a private dance, a 1 song lapdance in the private area by the time you’re done with paying everybody will be $300+ USD at Spearmint Rhino. That’s not a typo. It’s fucking ridiculous. Go to the night clubs / day clubs and dance with real girls instead.

If you absolutely must go to Rhino or whatever, stay in the group area and oggle, but be prepared to say no to a girl chatting you up every 3 minutes... Personally I think the place is annoying af

tbh, it can be as expensive as you want or as cheap as you want. set a limit and don't go past it. what i would do is bring cash, and once you're out of cash in that venue, just stop spending there.

as for cover at strip clubs, i'm sure you can call in advance for a pick up for a bunch of guys. usually they don't charge you cover and bring you through in another entrance. just tip the driver and all the guys can skip cover charge.

Cheapest food is about $15-20 a meal (food court on the strip). Realistically it’s about $50 for average sit down restaurants.

Clubbing and strip club are what you make it. Have a general agreement with your friends as to how much each of you are willing to spend as a group. Bottles are expensive.

I spent about $1500-2000 for Fri-Mon stag to give you an idea. We also paid for the groom.

Manic! 08-28-2018 02:55 AM

It depends how much you want to spend. A table at a club can cost 20K 2 to 5 k if you don't care where table is located. Then you have your pool parties in the day. That could be 4 to 500 a head easy. Nice restaurant $100 to $150 a head. I would skip Vegas if you can.

Edit: If you have a table you will have groups thirsty females act like they are interested in your group so they can sit at you table and drink your booze. They will leave when they find a better table or you run out of booze.

Edit 2: Don't go to the liquor closest to the airport. The prices are the same as Canada maybe a bit higher. Complete ripoff.

If you're questioning the prices of Vegas then I suggest you dont go. Total waste of money...its a money pit in every direction.

Went to one this year and one last year, cost me between $3000-$3500.

If I can recommend an alternative, do Scottsdale. I legit had just as much fun, half the clubs had minimal to no cover and are bumpin every night of the week.

winson604 08-28-2018 07:40 AM

I went for a stag like 6 years ago or so and it honestly didn't cost us that much. Guesstimate in my head right now was definitely less than $1500 and probably closer to $1000 to be honest.

Flight and hotel for 4 days = $500 (pretty sure we went during the spring)

Tao Night Club table service = Honestly can't remember but it was less than $100 each

Spearmint Rhino - Had 1 private dance and it was no where near the $300 USD that was quoted it was more like $150 or so and it was for like 3 songs

The other nights were spent buying booze from ABC or wherever and getting shit faced in the hotel + walking around the strip going to random bars and stuff which is pretty low cost

Honestly, skies the limit and we didn't even purposely cheap out or anything. Had a blast and it was pretty cheap but obviously prices now are higher.

went to larry flynts

Reminded me of the danky ass strip club in GTA SA

went to the top floor with wife, male strippers know how to make money off women :lawl:

H.Specter 08-28-2018 08:19 AM

hotel suite - $400/night
rhino - $600/night
club w/table - $500/night
food - didn't matter since everything else was sky high expensive

in short - it wasn't worth the money.

Montreal > Vegas

The one and only time I went to Vegas I spent in 3 days what gets you almost a month I. Europe and I did zero clubbing and barely gambled. Just a place to spend money essentially. The second you step out of your hotel room you’re spending $$$

Slifer 08-28-2018 08:58 AM

^Fuck yeah. Can't beat $10 lap dance.. lol

yray 08-28-2018 09:10 AM

the moment you walk into the hotel, you're spending money

EmperorIS 08-28-2018 09:13 AM

I rather spend a day at Castle Fun Park and then a shitty sauna at Harrison Hot Springs than go to Vegas.

hud 91gt 08-28-2018 09:21 AM

Quebec is king. Beautiful women, nasty strip clubs and the Canadian dollar. Some of those places you could get a continuous lap dance while your buddy drinks his entire bottle in Vegas. The dance would still be cheaper. Lol

Oh and beer can still be bought in corner stores.

CivicBlues 08-28-2018 09:23 AM

The days of Vegas being a cheap destination are long gone. I remember 12-15 years ago you could get packages for $600CAD flight and 4* hotel included. Now that's how much you spend in one night at a club SwiftRage.

I highly advise Scottsdale as well... way more fun, way better prices and way hotter (re: not snobby) blonde girls everywhere. You won't find anywhere near as many asian girls there as Vegas though. Girls in Vegas are just there to freeload off guys.

!LittleDragon 08-28-2018 11:22 AM

lol, the last time I went to Vegas, I was charged for parking... That's when I said no more to Vegas. I was pissed when they started charging resort fees that keep going up.

I pretty much only go to Vegas for conferences now since I'm not paying.

Hondaracer 08-28-2018 11:24 AM

yea.. we stayed at NYNY and got a "deal" from wherever, air canada vacations or expedia or somthing..

think you've covered all your travel and accomadation costs, then check in and pay another fucking $160 in "resort fee's" before you even step foot in your room :/

CivicBlues 08-28-2018 11:26 AM

Anyone remember 99c buffets? Or maybe it was $1.99 by the time I got there. Musta been in the late 90s or 2000s when I first visited Vegas while underage. Never tried them though sounded like a quick way to the toilet at best, emergency room at worst.

Ludepower 08-28-2018 11:58 AM

Got robbed by 2 black hookers who loiter around hotel entrances at 2am looking for drunks.

I was that drunk. Sigh.

They fixed that, you pay it when you check out now. :)

I like Vegas but I agree it's getting more and more expensive every time I go. They also are starting to nickle and dime on everything, things like free parking are far and few between if you rent a car. The resort fees keep rising but honestly the costs of the hotels still aren't that high compared to anywhere else in the US or Canada if you work it out, they are actually low even including resort fees.

I can take my whole family (me, wife & son) to Cabo and stay in a 5 star all inclusive resort for a week for the same cost as taking my wife and I to Vegas for 4 days. That said I still go at least once a year either with friends or solo.

There were some projections that came out earlier this year, casino's are reporting loses. Not sure if that has to do with all the nickle and diming and people are choosing other locations or with Casino's starting to pop up in a lot more cities maybe people feel they don't need to go to Vegas to gamble.

!LittleDragon 08-28-2018 12:37 PM

I read they were losing money as well. It could be people are fed up with the nickel and diming or the economy isn't doing as well as everyone thinks it is. High inflation means cost of living is going up and the first think people cut is excessive spending on things like vacations.

But, on the plus side they are lowering hotel prices to get some business back. It's a good time to go if you are going to go...
