Some say when it's light golden brown it's done but if the herb is dark brown/black then it's burnt and it tastes weird.
I usually take 1-2 more hits after the herb turns light brown.

I tried smoking the brown vaped left over weed in the pipe the other day and it still gets you high. So collect it!

with my N02 i've used like burnt black crisp and still got high lol
