That's a really weak article and I wouldn't buy it based on that alone. It could be true, however that article alone would not convince me otherwise. There are a lot of myths about marijuana such as the often campaigned
"gateway drug" ad which is very difficult to prove if true and is mostly based off coincidences.

hey I live like a block away from this dispensary and I had a few questions, would I be able to just walk in and browse bud without a card?

what's the bud selection like? do they have multiple strains for sale all the time?

Do you get discounts for bulk purchases? 8th for 30 etc?

Is there a max you are allowed to purchase daily or weekly or at all?

I'm curious because I have solid connections for good bud at decent prices already but I wouldn't mind paying that 60$ fee if it got me access to higher quality buds or unusual strains(having trouble finding a reliable source for sativa's in east Vancouver)

I'm all for smoking weed but this post fails to mention that smoking dope also causes lung cancer, which is typically the major bashing point for smoking cigs. It might be the best thing next to oral sex, but it's certainly not "healthy" physicallyu speaking.

I expect more from the brilliant stoner crowd, this picture is a little half ass, and major studies show that for most people, with drinking an excess of coffee the pros greatly outweigh the cons.

Weed isn't legal because of two things,
-Conservative "stick in the mudd" types
-Taxation, notice the three other things in that pic also provide the govt with revenue.. direct revenue anyway lol.

Smoking ANYTHING causes lung cancer, THC has been shown to shrink tumors. While I agree inhaling any type of hot smoke is dangerous and could increase your risk of cancer, marijuana is probably one of the safest things to smoke. Not only that but you don't have to smoke bud, you can vape it and make edibles. I could smoke green tea and increase my risk of cancer but that really has nothing to do with the inherent dangers associated with tea and is not a reason to outlaw it. The risk that some may use it something in a dangerous way by choice is a stupid barometer for legality considering people use bridges and pharmaceuticals to kill themselves all the time.

PS: I think vaporizing is probably pretty healthy for your lungs considering its mainly THC vapor.
