as for those who are messaging about the medicinal card, I'm just going to post these fool proof steps here and you SHOULD be able to get your medical cannabis AND your card all in 1 day if you follow these steps:

1) Google iMedikate, look up phone number address

2) The doctor is only there on Tuesday and Friday afternoons so you SHOULD call in advance and set up a time to go in. (you don't have to but it will make the whole process faster)

3) Bring $60 for the doctor fee, there is no charge for the membership itself.

4) Once you get there, get a form from the receptionist, fill that shit out (takes 2 minutes).

5) Now honestly, I don't think you need a real problem to be able to get this card. For me, I told the doctor I have migraines and that my head hurts like shit, so smoking marijuana helps me. My buddy told him that he had harsh insomnia and smokes a lot to get by the day.

5) Doctor will ask you some random questions but stick to what you know and you should be out of there in about 5 minutes.

6) VOILA! YOU HAVE YOUR GREEN CARD AND ARE READY TO SMOKE/EAT
SOME GOOD SHIT!

NOW if you DONT want to pay the $60 doctor fee, you will have to go into iMedikate and grab their doctors form for your own family doctor to fill out stating they are aware you are using medicinal marijuana. Hope this helps the RS stoners

If you are seeing their doctor you only need to fill out the Imedikate Registration Form and Code Of Conduct forms. The last 2 forms are for if you are seeing another doctor.

some weird middle-eastern guy let us in and said he couldnt sell us any but we could have a few hits, he setup a knife setup and we took like 3 tokes each

a lot of heavy smokers here. i was smoking maybe 1 joint a day in high school. then i quit for about 3 years after. now i have a vaporizer and smoke almost every night. it still takes me about a 2-3 weeks to smoke an 1/8 LOL

buddy just went to the iMedikate dispensary and got himself a green card. Well only a temp one and it looks like a business card with his name on the back. He told me he should be getting the real one in the mail soon?

Its the green card that this dispensary issue the same one as the one from health canada? Meaning its valid all over bc?

I don't really care about buying from the dispensary as i can get better weed for cheaper but I want to have some kind of id to make this all legal. Plus it would help if I'm traveling to get weed legally from place with dispensaries?

You could however try and apply for other dispensaries using the imedikates doctor forms and such... But as for as health Canada goes it's a totally different process that takes much longer and is harder to get.

@ threezero yea the health Canada one is much much harder to get. This imedikate card is more of a passion club card then anything. No you can't smoke weed anywhere in public with this card, and no you can't take this passion club card to other dispensaries in other countries eg. California to buy medicinal marijuana. your friend won't be getting the card in the mail. It will be on 1 of his future visits to the dispensery when they do have the machine and then they will take a pic of you and print out a "real" card.

Here are the forms and the guide from health canada for all of you interested in the "actual" card. Doesn't look too hard if you have a condition that requires a specialist. BTW, after you get your forms and stuff done, if you are too lazy/sick to grow yourself, the government can pair you with a grower that grows to fit your needs.
