Don't let that one experience deter you. It's like never drinking then pounding a case of beer, getting fucked up, then saying that shit was too crazy for me. Try having a beer(puff) or two and see how you feel. Let the whole night play out without getting totally blitz. You'd be surprised. Even long time smokers who use daily can relate to only wanting to have a small amount and get buzzed without being totally wrecked every time you consume. Unless you took two tokes and this was the result, in which case cigars are your only friend now

I hate edibles because every experience I have had has been negative due to improper dosage. Now that the retailers will be notifying the consumer about THC levels and potency it creates a safer environment for me to try it again.

Most retailers already do this. 1 Jelly Bomb package contains 80 mg of thc. 8 portions = ~10mg of thc each. So as long as you take 1 portion per session, you can measure your dosage.

I'm a lightweight tho. I know that 10mg of thc gets me blitzed for like 13 hours LOL. 5mg of thc gets me a nice mellow 5 hours.

I’ve been smoking fairly consistently for the last I dunno, 15 years? Maybe smoking three times a week max. Even with that I can take a single big drag off a joint and feel completely different from that one drag lol

that's why i said take one puff and see where it takes you first...Whole joint had to be hella of a ride,sounds like my first time...i smoked a joint when i was 14,inhaled every bit of it and felt nothing...like 6 minutes later i felt a little tingle in my chest and boom....High as a mother fucker with 10 FPS vision,i felt like someone was taking a picture of my vison every 3 seconds then i'd get a new image of seeing...Haha..so fucked up.....i was having fun trying to keep it together watching MTV music videos and passed out...woke up with insane munchies and rolled up those mini pizzas you microwave and are soggy as hell on the plate.....best god damn meal in my life at the time.

I smoked one of the Aurora pre-rolled cones today, pure indica I think it was 25% THC, it may have been better than the all the weed I’ve been buying from Cannaclinic over the last 2 years

Both pre rolleds I smoked were super smooth and VERY clean tasting which is encouraging

so yea, that's, ummm, a lot

. A couple pulls is all it takes really. That'll set you up for an hour or so and not burn you out too hard. An indica will knock you out and have you feeling groggy like a hangover almost. Try a sativa next time and only a few pulls. It's a totally different feeling compared to hitting it hard and getting all messed up.

Thanks mr rocket. I'm not sure what my friend bought, i told him to buy the stuff you guys recommend but I didn't verify it. I had a few puffs and I didn't feel anything initially. I think I.must have wasted a few puffs cuz I'm too used to just rolling the smoke around my mouth

Anyways it kicked in after 10 mins or so and then it was blackout city.

curious as to what strain this was lol

alright. so after about a week of trying 5 different strains from 5 different companies, here is my verdict.

all 5 were packaged between Aug 15-30. I beleive LPs were just trying to load up the stores and website stock with as much as they could before 10/17 so all the newer stuff should be out pretty soon that will be fresher.

packaging is retarded. so much plastic and garbage that couldof been avoided. my 1G came in a giant container with a box over it. I must say that the containers do look cool and Il prob just keep em and put my own shit in them lol.

some of the warnings on the labels are also a joke.

majority of the nugs I got were really small/popcorn nugs. only one had decent looking good big nugs. all were pretty dried too but given that it was package in August I could see why. would be nice if they kept them in air tight containers with maybe a humidifier pack to keep it fresher for longer imo.

both the grams I got were underweighed

. the 1/8s were fine.

I know a few people who were also shorted with their order. one buddy was missing a lil bit over a joint in his order and managed to get a free G when he emailed them.

I felt ripped off the most when my $14 a gram super skunk was under weighed and had a lot of stems/leafs with it

I must say that they all burn clean. its good.. I wouldn't say that its great though. decent for sure

wouldn't pay more then 5-7 a gram for all 5 strains, which is almost what they were retail (1/8s I got vary from 22-25)

so its decent for what you get. but once you factor the shipping+tax costs then it becomes a total ripoff.

I tried the $57/$75 1/8 stuff that my buddy got and it was great but at that price point your getting screwed lol. that stuff should be 10-12 TOPS

its on the right track but def gonna take awhile before they can compete with the black market in terms of price and quality.

Would I order again?
If I were to reorder it may be when we have a official dispensary locally or maybe wait a year and see.

I don't usually grab pre-rolls but it be worth it just to have a few of those doobtube containers for your own shit on the go

sidenote: I appreciate the BCCS website for listing and trying to explain the different types of terpenes in each plant but they couldof made it so much easier and better by just listing shit like earthy, piney, lemony, citrus,blueberry etc.

wouldof also been nice to list the hybrids % like 70/30 sativa or 80/20 indica

Just thought I'd share something: the Chinese community is really overacting with this one.

While it's perfectly acceptable to not like it and ask people to not do it around you if you are not comfortable with it, one of the popular articles that popped up in my WeChat was just ridiculous.

My grandparents sent me it, and two of my friends shared the same article.

So I read the damned thing. Finished reading it and discussed with my roommate, and immediately, I was able to point out some flaws. The article assumed that you can just buy products infused with THC off the shelf easily, being placed with normal foods in a supermarket. I call BS because if it's regulated like tobacco and alcohol, well, they would have been either locked behind a counter or have their own dedicated stores. If you somehow get your hands on some and got in shit for it in other countries, it's your own fault because you wanted it.

And sure enough, the PSA anti-rumor account shot it down a couple of days later, saying pretty much the same thing I did.

They also added that THC-infused food product is not yet legal. Is that correct? Supposedly, if they become legal, they will bear very apparent signs to indicate it has THC in it.

Yes, you are correct. THC-infused food products, aka edibles, are illegal. But you can still easily find them. I don't see it being legal any time soon as there are many risks involved, one being children may eat them by accident. Clear labels will likely be enforced.
