I don't smoke, but I do enjoy taking CBD gummies, especially in the evenings after a long day. They really help me wind down and get a good night's sleep.
I get mine from this store for $80.

I'm been getting my THC caps from the same Native place for years and years and I've always been happy with them 50mg during the week to chill out and 100mg on weekends but I have been having to much and 100mg doesn't do all that much to me these days. At one point during Covid I was having so many edibles I was up to 225mg at once, I live on my own and had nothing better to do when I wasn't at work LOL

I ALWAYS hit the native dispensaries when in the Okanagan.
There's some decent ones outside Keremeos, and around Penticton/Oliver.
I wouldn't buy edibles or carts, but the flower is good. You can get some high quality OZs for $100-$140 from most of them.
