i had issues of getting 5 hours of sleep, waking up at 5 am wide awake feeling full of energy but body felt tired till cbd with its instant calm on muscles relaxed i was able to sleep again, "depressive" thinking gone "i seem to be an overthinker"....inflammation in hands not so strong anymore, i legit sit on the computer clicking the mouse 12 hours a day. and it was bothering me at one point even when i did hand stretches but now it feels way the hell better.

the vape doesn't smell like you ran over a skunk, i'm not sure how full spectum thc carts are but 5 minutes later you wouldn't notice any smell at all. stealthily if you gotta run somewhere important.

I imagine with the "in the moment zen" thinking on cbd you would help your social anxiety if you have it cause i do feel the calming effect it has.

Personally I’ve never dealt with any of the pure CBD strains but over the past few months I’ve been doing tonnes of research regarding growing on a few different forums and some of the medical growers on these sites swear by the almost pure CBD strains and injested via smoking. A lot of them grow the “charlottes web” strain which was named after that girl in the states that needed CBD to reduce her eplileptic seizures. These ones are almost pure CBD with virtually no psychoactive effects

probably one the better times I've had with cannabis since it stopped inflammation in my hands and entire body muscle's relaxed...some call it "A warm blanket" feeling.

head focus was amazing, took my time cutting the lawn feeling stress of everything letting go, i'm quite a pent up person... i was content with the world again without any Racy scattered thoughts stoned out of my mind.. still felt in control with a happy content mood, i got shit to do without acting like a retard.

downside is i think i woke up the next day feeling lazy...i kept wondering about my girl friends complaining "cbd" made them feel groggy the next day after using it for sleep issues vs melatonin.

Yeah, I wanted to get that oil because it was something with a low enough dosage that my dad could try and see if it works for him. I read good things about that capsule though.

We started him with 5mg of CBD last night and upped the dosage to 10mg of CBD tonight. He said he slept well yesterday, but wasn't sure if it was because of the oil so we'll see tomorrow.
