Followed the Sam Jackson ABV butter recipe from the FC forums using some 22+ grams of ABV and 2 grams for kief I stored up in my grinder. ground up the ABV finer in my coffee grinder. melted 250ML of Coconut oil with equal parts water. once it was melted and hot in the slow cooker set to low. I mixed in the ground up ABV and another 250g cube of butter with some more water. Also tossed in 6 gel caps worth of lecithin too. I cut the caps open and only put in the liquid gel tossed out the empty caps. I should have bought powdered or liquid in a jar of lecithin but what can I say it was an impulse buy and it was cheap on sale. added the kief in last after everything was nice and warm. strained it after about 3-3.5hrs and let it sit in the fridge over night and ended up with about 300g of butter. a nice light jade color. used 1/4 of it on a package of betty crocker peanut butter cookies and made some cookies that were just as stoney as the peanut butter cookies at imedikate. I should be good for another package of cookies and 2 batches of brownies. pretty happy about that.

currently trying 4 days of not vaping and only eating cookies to see if I'll feel more of the effects when I go back to vaping again. since I can't just stop using for even 1 day because of my pain.
