You have to take into account that there would be a lot more demand but there would also be a lot more supply.

Then you have to figure out how much the government taxes it.

First of all, they're going to tax it a lot especially since thats what people have been riding it so hard for the legalization of it. So no it wont be the norm and I really doubt they're going to sell medical MJ just like that there will be some sort of process. I think if they're going to legalize it their going to make you pay up the ass for it.

i know westcoast medical gives you a 15% discount if you buy more then 14G at a time

keep in mind your only allowed your daily limit OR grab your limit for the month

if you try and go to all the dispensaries you belong to and try and get the max ammount from them all(or more then your suppose to), you will get caught and your license will be revoked.

Like Vansterdam said it ranges from $6 - $15 but 90% of the strains are $10/g. There are no deals for 1/8 and 1/4 just the $ amount per gram straight up. Sometimes you encounter specials where they might have a special deal but not always.
