Given the type of people working the election sites, I can’t say I’m surprised.
It’s not a conspiracy, it’s just typical govt. incompetence. People should hold people accountable when shit like this happens because it obviously undermines the whole process, especially when it’s weeks after the election.. what a joke

I think a bigger issue would be if there was some sort of coverup. This was a serious issue but it was brought to public as soon as it was known.
Wouldn't the "corrupt leftwing media" everyone likes to spout off about cover this up after an NDP win if that were the case?

i know we all see that minimum wage jobs have been taken over from TFW's, but I didn't know that meant managers too.

I met a guy working at Lids of all places. He started chatting me up and said he was from the Philippians (not sure if this was true or he had just lived there previously as he was very clearly an Indian guy, with an Indian accent, etc.)
He explained to me he had some “masters in digital marketing” almost certainly from a Coquitlam college type place etc.
He then went on to explain how, as a TFW looking for PR, you get “3 points” a month towards PR instead of 1 point as a regular wage slave. Said even though he figured he could get a better job he stays as the manager because it’s the avenue to his PR in 1/3 the time it would otherwise. He also said that’s why these low end management jobs are in high demand by TFW.
Yuck.

Yuck. | Like I said before, the whole program is just based on exploitation of people to cheapen wages for large businesses. I have 2 people in the LMIA program at work, and I pay them exactly what I'd pay anyone else. I hired them based on their attitudes and skill and don't really give a shit where they came from. Value is value in staff.

I just watched a PP ad that flashed up. If I didn’t know anything else I’d totally be voting for him.
Axe the tax, affordable houses, bring it home or some shit. Was simple, catchy and the simpletons will totally buy in. If he keeps it up, he’s gonna win.
