Going to elementary school in the early/mid 80's, we all intermingled and played with each other until we learned what race and racism was. It didn't really matter up until that point. For most it didn't really matter afterwards but some.....

I really don't care what ethnicity this guy is (So long as it's not a developing pattern). I'm well aware that these dirtbags come in every color.
The thing that would bother me is if information is being withheld that could lead to this guy being apprehended sooner because of the "sensitivity" of the subject.

As to welfare's concerns over the withholding of a more detailed description in order to prevent an increase in racial/religious tensions, there have certainly been examples of that in Europe such as the Rotterdam child sex exploitation case, the recent denial of Asia BiBi of Pakistan to England, Lauren Southern's ban from England, etc.
The reasons for such sensitivity in Europe is over possible violence, while I don't think we have that issue just yet, we do have a society seemingly preoccupied with PC culture: M-103 dealing with Islamophobia comes to mind, worrying about pronouns, deplatforming people for wrong think, etc. Reason and logic have been taking a back seat to feelings at an increasing rate it seems.
We really do not know if those concerns are involved in this case and could be hindering police work, but I see no evidence of it so far. We are human, we love a mystery. Part of being a good investigator, even if its just us sitting on the sidelines, is looking at any and all possibilities, thus why welfare thought to ask if we were getting all the information possible. It is still ok to raise those concerns. Its how people take those concerns that really matter. I would hope it would lead to better police investigations so the suspect can be caught and what steps could be taken to prevent such things from happening again.

even if a 6 year old kid picked the ethnicity out of a lineup, they'd most likely be wrong. then you'd have people out their specifically looking for an individual from one ethnic group rather than another. specifics from unreliable sources are not helpful in any way.

They go to jail and while they're in there, the real justice takes place.
Child rapists are the lowest of the low and even in the prison jungle, they get what's coming to them. Daily beatings while the guards look the other way. If they're lucky, they are put in solitary confinement for their own protection.

I’m sorry isn’t Iran quite well known for killing and murdering their minority Sunni population? Sounds like much worse treatment than aboriginals get here! Also it ranked 140th in the world (almost dead last) in women’s rights with almost no women working in the populace... though I suppose that doesn’t directly affect you being a male and all.
But yah... all the power to you man, why you need money? Quick browsing of Iranian real estate shows some pretty sweet deals in Tehran, lots of apartments for $28,000 cdn ............. if you can figure out a way to actually get money into the country that is!
