Hey thanks! Yeah I only just passed my VI a couple weeks ago too. I'm terrified of driving downtown and know it's an awful idea but my hatred for public transit always makes me do it against my better judgement.

VI central what's that :lol. I just got pulled over for speeding here. Officer was a good guy. I admitted to speeding and he wrote me up. Then I went home. No VI no tow or anything. Sucks you guys have those spoilsports at the moment and I hope things change soon.

I was clocked at 69km in a 50 zone. Ticket was 320hkd, only about 45cad. Much cheaper than you guys but then remember really HK is small roads and gridlock traffic and not much room for speeding
