I would probably just give him an earful, give him a passive aggressive warning to make sure he checks his car when he's back (just to make him paranoid) and leave it at that.
Then I'll park somewhere far to make sure he doesn't find my car. Lol.
At the end of the day, it's a parking spot. I care more about my well being, and my own car's well being.
