There is a police station near the city hall. I would just walk in and tell them this old lady is been following you around and she seemes unstable.

Hahaha, you know the exact spot, and the alley that I went down to avoid her. The RCMP station is the main reason why I didn't toss a trash can at her and run. Imagine the Global news report as I'm taken down by Coquitlam's finest. No one would believe my story.
