I never really follow these car review channels on a regular basis. Usually only when I have a car in mind that I want to learn more about it, do I search for a review.
I personally like Straight Pipes. I remember the first time watching it, the way they presented it didn't seem too professional or journalistic, just more of the vibe like a buddy of yours giving you their perspective. It felt more natural.
I never specifically watched the Throttle House before. I must have stumbled on their videos before, but the name never stuck specifically.
I used to watch Matt Farah's one take videos, lol.
Doug Demuro is annoying AF to me. I can't stand him. Something about him always makes me feel like he's trying too hard to be entertaining.
Savagegeese is really good for indepth technical info. For him, it's just purely good content. Because he basically has no charisma and it's actually surprising how he manages to pull it off, to be so boring sounding yet the video is still interesting.

The formula gets boring pretty quick |
I don't really mind the same formula all the time though, because it gives some kind of consistency on the reviews. Testing the different cars on the same cliché corner, box text so you can really get a sense of how much one trunk can fit compared to another car's trunk, etc.
But I don't really binge on these videos, so maybe that doesn't give me the sense of repetitiveness.
