I forgot they were even playing again to be honest... looked them up and saw they're 5-1 and that Rourke isn't even around anymore/went to Jacksonville, who the heck is this another new guy that's pretty good!

Vernon Adams Jr. (Not from Vernon, BC, gulolol).
He came to the Lions via Mount Royal Alouettes last year. Smart move on the Lions part. Adams has been around for quite some time. Back and forth between teams, always coming back to Montreal.
Anyway, not sure who the backup QB is. Injuries can be devastating for a team.

Dane Evans the backup QB to Adams Jr. is doing a decent job in this game, but friggin' hell............... the Elks are shooting themselves in the foot. 130+ yards in penalties so far in the first half.
16-0 for BC at Half Time.

I've never felt so sorry for a team. I called a good friend of mine today. He lives in Edmonton and is a big fan. I told him this might be the end of the losing streak. It's almost like an Armenian curse has been put on them. Touchdown called back. The interceptions, fumbles, etc. Stupid penalties.

Brutal game. Blue Bombers are a much better team. On paper and in play. Blue Bombers were caught off guard the last game.
This game is a write off. That pass interference call, like W-T-F? Cooper just panicked. So much for the doughnut boys...........
Anyway, Evans throwing interceptions left, right, and right down the middle. Oh well, it is what it is............. prepared for a blow out. Next game at home against the Stamps. Hopefully, the Lions will get their shit together. Come back angry.

Was at the game today and saw that on the mumbo jumbo tron. Fans loved it, but some tears.......... of joy for him.
On a side note. The alumni cheering squad. Damn, they're good. Still got the moves. So coordinated and choreography was good, too. So distracting............ trying to watch the game here, ladies.

Nathan Rourke released/waived by Jaguars ... that's too bad! I thought when he went down to NFL to interview, they kinda gave him a guarantee. Feel for the guy, hope someone picks him up.
