Up against a team with so much going for them. The fans didn't make it easy. If VA was injured, why didn't they bring in Dane Evans? He's not some rookie. No matter what, Winnipeg Blue Bombers was just too much. BC had no business being that close at the end of the first half.
I usually wish the team that beats our team to go on to win the big one, but this time, I hope Montreal pulls off an upset. Winnipeg doesn't need another championship.
Was Mathieu Betts in this game? Didn't hear his name once.
Lions gotta come back hungry next year.

Just received an e-mail from Amar Doman today thanking all BC Lions supporters. He mentioned next year. The Grey Cup is held right here in Vancouver. Damn, gonna be wild.
Anyway, this year's Grey Cup game is tomorrow.

I dislike both teams, so just watching it for stupid plays. Like the fumble by Mount Royal Als. Gotta hang onto the ball no matter what. Opposition is going to do whatever to strip that ball away.
Green Day half time show.............. whatever.
Can't beat Shania Twain no matter what.
LOL............ two cracks at the major and Bombers stop the Als with seconds to go in the first half. What a waste. Couldn't come up with any running plays other than straight on.
Holy Shania's chaps.............. Tyson Philpot of the Allouettes is Cory Philpot's son. Born in Delta, BC. Has a twin brother who plays for Calgary. Cory Philpot played for the Lions way back. Damn................

For the Grey Cup, you just have to turn the game on about 5 mins into the 4th Q to see whether it's worth watching or not.
But when it's worth watching, Grey Cup drama and excitement is next level. You get a much more higher probability of an exciting finish in a Grey Cup than a Superbowl.
