For my MS3, the range in the states was much bigger than here. We had no options here but the US models strippers had less things, and the loaded models had more.

What's everyone asking for this year, for wage bumps?
If inflation was at 6-7% for 2022, im thinking of barking for a 7% raise when I get back to Vancouver. Anything under would essentially be a pay "decrease".
Wages never match true inflation, but we will see what happens

I’m American based company and fiscal year starts April 1st. Typically it’s around 3-5% without asking but might need to push the envelope a bit more this year.

I got 10% without saying anything. But we were dealt with a raise freeze in 2022.. so it doesn't really even out.
Bosses said it was due to inflation and I tried to negotiate for more, as more responsibilities increased drastically as well. Oh, and they got rid of paid overtime in 2022. So that sucks.

Wages never match true inflation, but we will see what happens | From what I saw in finance and accounting roles, friends got a standard 3% pay bump without asking nor promotions, so roughly $2.5-3.5K. I got 6.2%, which is also not outpacing inflation. On a retail staff level, I did see a lot of raises north of 10 - 20% but that's going from $18 to $21.5/hr.
Likely need a job hop to get anything remotely more than 10 - 20%

Vast majority of people aren't getting wage increases relative to inflation. Anything 3% or higher puts you in the lucky category.

If history repeats it's self, unemployment will spike in the next x months and the "recession" will finally start
Chart below is missing about a year worth of data, USA is at -0.8 10-2 yield, should be getting very close to the above happening https://m.investing.com/analysis/rec...ight-200622820

What is the average annual income (inclusive of any base salary and commissions and other incentives/perks) of someone in car sales anyway? 100K? $120K?

No way AVG is 100. There are 10,000 kids on FB posting dealer cars on their marketplace profiles like they're selling shoes.

With car sales, would there be “raises”? Better commission percentages over time? I’ve never really asked or thought about it just curious since I’ve never sold them.
