Given I’ve done nothing but eat sugar and bread and drink insane amounts of booze for the last month I’m feeling like I’ve definitely gained but probably still below the initial weight in sept. Going to stop drinking for a month and try to eat super clean for January before going to Mexico in Feb as a buffer lol My biggest issue by far is booze, I can stop for months at a time no problem but definitely have some alcoholic tendencies when I am drinking as there is no stopping once I start especially if I’m out in social situations etc. :/ |

Not too worried about those wanting that 6/6/6. Thats their preference and what they find attractive, similar to how im only swiping right on girls I find attractive or have similar hobbies. The last few days with all the holiday food/baked goods/snacks have been tricky |
i dont know how dating works with you kids nowadays, but my introverted buddies used to use me as cunt bait since I got no problems chatting up bitches, then I would just pawn them off on them. (In fact, that's exactly how my friend met his wife.) Just find a broski who's willing to throw bitches at you donkey kong style and then sooner or later you'll secretly ATTACK! (weasle into their hearts) when they are distracted and trying to play Planet of the Ape. https://media.tenor.com/51quC7RQI_oAAAAM/donkey.gif oh I don't know if that works on white women. they usually find asian guys too timid and not fun enough, so they end up banging like a shitload of black mikes to compensate for their boring lifestyle of brunch and lame home decor |

Every drink I have, a big sip of water. I've missed out on a lot of funny shit though, taking pisses so often. |
six-pack. The 3rd 6 is a six-pack. 6 inches :lol |
I suggest we give them a new standard of 4/4/4 4 feet tall / 40k a year / 4 inch dick |

I made a point to drink a full glass of water after every 1-2 drinks. This isn’t a brag it’s moreso a bad thing but I legitimately drank 30+ drinks throughout that day after jet lag etc. and staying up till 3am and I woke up at like 10am the next day fine and obviously I was hung over but I felt great for what I had drank woke up and kept on drinking without the aid of other things lol Now I can go all night and be fine like yea I’ll be fucked up eventually but I could go to a work party or Xmas party and legit drink 15 drinks before people drink 5… probably a bad thing lol.. |
lol I try and nurse both the beers and waters so I just have a drink in front of me. Don't shotgun the water and it might help delay lol. But yeah I've had the same thing on long days of drinking. My buddies wedding last summer I spent like $350 on drinks between me and my wife at the wedding and I was in mint condition the whole night. No blackouts, no bad behaviour, but man that wasn't my idea of controlling my intake. |
here i am turning to RS to control my weight and drinking :lol i should start doing a glass of water intermission as well. |
Make friends that don't drink? |
No thanks I like my friends. |

One side effect of the training I’ve been doing I didn’t take into effect pain in the ass OR cost wise was clothes man… I mean you kind of expect some shirts to get a bit tight as your chest and shoulders get bigger so I’m losing a lot of wardrobe options that way… but I didn’t factor in pants!! My T&A (thighs and ass) got bigger and now none of my dress pants fit for New Year’s Eve stuff tonight lol… all my pants look like skinny jeans now. Not sure how actually big dudes like Mike deal with clothes not sure how anything in the store would fit well anymore? I have a 34” leg and those pants are usually slim or semi slim fit. |
Mike only wears muscle beach or golds gym stringy tank tops and short shorts. That's why he had to leave Vancouver for the winter. It clashes with his wardrobe. |
I don't even know how to hang out with my buddies without drinking. It seems the majority of our activities seem to involve a drink :lol We lowkey joke that we're mild alcoholics. |

Honestly, I mostly wear shorts/trackpants (having a stretch fabric is important) shit doesn't fit me well without alterations. Jeans always need to be modified because I need to buy a 33 waist to fit my legs and ass, but my waist is too small for em. I recommend getting jeans with stretch fabric, or any pants in general (even dress attire). Suits? I've had my suit pants tailored so many times the fabric ends up clinging for its damn life, and I end up having to eventually just chuck them out and start from scratch with new pairs. Same thing with regular office dress pants, and dress shirts. I can't tell you how many shirts and pants I've eventually had to give away over the years because my lower/upper body can't fit anymore. It's great that clothing brands (Duer for example) nowadays make "athlete" style dresswear with polyesters for guys like me, this wasn't as common a decade ago. When I was younger I never understood why bodybuilders dressed all goofy, here I am completely understanding now, I've become that guy :lol Needless to say bodybuilding sucks when it comes to your wardrobe, I envy dudes who can just buy off the rack and it fits perfect. Working from home has been a blessing office attire wise. |
Bodybuilding or not I've always had a hard time finding clothes that fit. Most clothes are tailored to the dad bod, and when I say dad bod I don't think any of us here fits that image. Anything that's semi formal, when it's long enough to fit my arms and wide enough for my shoulders, it looks like I'm wearing a garbage bag. I can tailor but the amount that needs to be taken in would just make it look ridiculous. It only got worse as I started working out as my shoulders got even bigger. I'm genetically predisposed to have large thighs and calves, and it only gets bigger as I work out. Pants are a challenge. I need a belt for EVERYTHING that has a chance of fitting my legs. |
I'm not entirely sure who clothes are designed to fit but it sure isn't me. Genetically I've got pretty big thighs and short legs so finding pants is just a mess. I must have genetically big forearms as well because if I get a shirt that fits my torso the sleeves are super tight or if I get something with looser sleeves it looks like I'm wearing a parachute everywhere else. |
I went into Simon's to buy a suit and didn't see my size. Lo and behold the suit was on the mannequin. She pulled it off and literally didn't need to alter a thing except the length of the pants by an inch. This confirms I am the perfect specimen. They literally use me to sell the image of how good you could look in this suit lol. |
That… or you’re a man doll that magically came to life like TED the bear. |

For a lot of Asian / Chinese dudes, don't you find that clothes / clothing brands from Asia tend to have a better fit? Through HS and university, I've always found it easier to pick out clothes (& pants) that fit better on me from Hong Kong brands. Then when Abercrombie & Fitch / Hollister became easily available in Canada, for a good number of years, their stuff just works on me. Then when Uniqlo came, they also worked pretty well for me right off the shelf too. Nowadays, I've just turned into Badhobz and throw whatever Costco has on sale onto my body. A lot of times, everything I wear -- from socks to underwear, to tops and pants, to gloves and toques -- they were all bought from Costco during sales. They are just a good fit -- for my wallet, that is. (Who cares about how well they fit me?) |

You're like my buddy Adam, same build, mofo can wear anything off the rack. |
I can't do the drinking thing anymore man. 2-3 drinks and im done. I can keep going but then I risk having a hangover the next day and that is 100% not worth it for me. maybe twice a year I will drink up to 5 drinks and the rest of the time im a 2 drink kind of guy. life is way fucking better this way. |
