$10k for a Integra and they can't fix this,
Engine light on because of O2 sensor (P0135) have code reader if you’d like to check 
- ABS light on doesn’t affect drivability
- a/c could use a recharge   | |

it's still a good buy
fixing mechanicals is easy - you could replace the whole AC system in a day
fixing rust is hard
