Engine light on because of O2 sensor (P0135) have code reader if you’d like to check :)
- ABS light on doesn’t affect drivability
- a/c could use a recharge

There was a discussion here awhile back. It's never just a recharge, it needs something more.

it's still a good buy

fixing mechanicals is easy - you could replace the whole AC system in a day

fixing rust is hard
