Yeah, it's pretty boring stuff between Oscar and Lando. I don't consider either to be an elite tier driver (Max, Charles, George) so there's not going to be crazy feats of excellence that happen (say Lewis' Singapore qualifying lap) and both seem to get along with the other.

I liked the 2021 war between Max and Lewis a lot better (except for the bullshit ending).
Imo Max and George are really elite, George has really impressed me over the last 2 seasons

However, imo I think Piastri is pretty quickly becoming an equal to the likes of Charles. Even with the incompetence that is Ferrari I’ve never really felt Charles is truly elite

I have noted Leclerc growing in the last few years, less mistakes, performing better under pressure, better racecraft, similar level of extreme one lap pace.

Piastri I think is the real deal. Keep in mind this is only his third year. His outright pace is not top, but he is calculating and has the killer instinct to go with it, which I think in a more equal setting would win you more points.

Russell choked a lot in his first years. He's been much more consistent this year and is showing well that he can mind his own business and not be distracted. I'm curious if there's more speed to be had with him or if this is it. He doesn't excel in any particular area imo.

I'm really curious if Max really makes good on his word before where if he stops winning he's just gonna call it quits.
