When me and El Bastardo hosted the original Stock and Noob Meet series, we handed out name tags that said, "Hello, my name is________" and people abused it and put different people's usernames and did stupid things. While our intentions were good, the consequences were less than desired.

I think it would have been somewhere in and around 2012. It was a meet at Coppersmith, maybe one of the first ones.
