Although there's something demoralizing about lying sideways on a cold patient table while your doctor shoves a latex finger covered in cold lubricant goop up your rear end.
The feeling of that goop coming out your arse onto the 1-ply paper on the patient table when they pull the finger out somehow turns you from the most masculine man into a little bitch in the span of seconds.

Any recs for body comp scales? I see Wirecutter recommends the Wyze one which is darn cheap at around $40.

I’ve never trusted any of these “tell all” scales. You can’t really get a body fat %, etc. without doing full body scan or displacement exercise. Much rather use the mirror and self judgement, “yup still fat, to the gym you go” *puts down fork*

It may not be 100% accurate like a body scan, but if your numbers are trending in the right direction and you can physically see results, you're good.

Did the Dexa Scan today.
BF = 17.1% (need to keep working, clearly)
Lean Mass = 152 lbs
Visceral Fat = 292 grams
Bone Density (BMD): 1.343 g/cm2
Interesting experience, absolute shit part of town for it
