I collect some but mostly have a mixture of AM90/AM95, SBs, Jays.

Just the newer stuff though like the Space Jams, Cool Greys, True Blues, Fire Red 3's.

If its a heaty release you're going to have to put your name down on the list at FL or Champs store ahead of time. Like ask the guys if they have the binder up and put your name in. Employees snatch up sizes quick but it helps to have a friend on the inside :)

The good thing about buying Jordans in Canada (compared to USA) is you don't have to camp out to get a pair. Foot Locker will sell you a gift card with the amount of the shoes on it 1-2 days before launch date (that's usually when their shipment comes in) and then they will ring it through on launch day.

The bad thing is, Jordan quality has gone to hell over the last couple of years.

I still got mine from 2 years ago. Whatever, one of the best jordans ever. Hopefully, the people who missed out in 09 will get theirs. The heel has yellowed a bit for my pair. But I don't think I'll pick up another pair.

Concords don't come in until first or second week of December. We can't get it shipped up until that date or my friend risks losing his account with Nike.

What I've heard is that the finishing touch lacks in certain places and the carbon fiber is complete shit.

well i guess they gave me some bad info when i went in store last week.

Actually A LOT of stores have given me some bad info when I went to check out their policies on pre orders/reserves. Champs was telling me that they dont do reserves and that it was on a first come first serve basis, but when my friends called around they all got reserves. Luckily I found a Champs that still had stock for me to put holds on. I heard Metro got 32 pairs, don't know if that's per store or for both of them though.

I think phoning is bs... they will obviously say "its sold out" they want people to go in the store themselves to pick it up. Plus they do not allow putting it on hold.

FUCK. The prices of J's keep on going up while the quality keeps on dropping. Seriously. I checked these Concords out last week very briefly and noticed that the quality of these have definitely dropped. BUT now that I have my hands on a couple pairs, you can easily tell the difference. It's actually quite sad how Nike and the Jordan brand neglects quality of their kicks now. They know people (like me) will just eat this shit up.

Sent my cousin in to Champs at 9am this morning, and he got me my 10.5.

I asked him to stick around to see if any reserves pulled a no-show, and the only thing they had left was a 13. 2 seconds later, get the call back and those were gone.

Yeah, Champs and Nike in Richmond Centre opened their doors today - around 8:30 AM.

I was wrong about these being readily available compared. The hype on these are crazy. Apparently, Champs in Richmond Centre were accepting reservations.

exactly how i got my bc3's, and now the 11's. I'd go back, but I think i'll start doing those FL pre-orders instead. Trying to get on the White Cement 4's next.

I'm choked, I had my pair on lock at Nike from a friend and last minute an e-mail was sent out that only managers and full time employees get the hook up so I select few had to wait in line.

I had 2 in my cart on NDC, and the server's locked up and i lost out on everything. That had me super salty.

Reading up on some of these RD horror stories though... :heckno:
