Made it out to Boonie's again today (I think I'm addicted to this place). I only had a camera phone for the pictures...
Full rack of ribs with collard greens, black eye peas and rice, and cornbread muffin.
Boonie burger with seasoned fries. |

Me and my friends were all there yesterday, we all had the Boonie Burger, still so good, the sausage makes adds so much to it, plus I love how the inside of the bun is toasted on the grill (with what i believe is butter) gives it a crunch, awesome burger...

If you see it in person you will realize its a huge burger, too big for me to bite into. Laundry's burger pic at the top of the thread is a better indicator as to the size of the burger.

Finally went over there today - unfortunately the pulled pork sandwich was out
I tried the hamburger and it is indeed big -- but nothing particularly memorable (there are better burgers out there, and there are certainly MUCH worst burgers out there) - BUT for $6 is an amazing deal for the amount of good food you get
the cornbread was just okay - a little too sweet, and I like my cornbread more "crumbly" and buttery
mac and cheese was good, but seriously - how do you screw that up?
now the ribs on the other hand - MIND F*CKINGLY AWESOME. the smokiness from them hits you immediately and it just sticks with you for the rest of the day - I'm definitely going back for those suckers - and next time, the pulled pork as well

Boonie's BBQ is in Cloverdale. Anything in Langley isn't really close by. It would be just as easy to eat at Boonie's then go hang out at the beach in White Rock or something.

Call up Lomac and his band of midgets and paint the town red. Or RS Surrey Beat Down Crew. Tipping cows is always an option as well.

Went out to Boonie's again today...can't get enough lol. My new favourite menu item: Pulled Pork Sandwich. It's unbelievable...the best pulled pork I've ever had. It was sold out one night I went there previously, and now I understand why. Go have one. Now. Seriously.
The fantastic pulled pork sandwich (with an added cornbread)
gf and I shared a full rack of ribs (the second half rack is hidden underneath), potato salad, black eye peas and rice, and cornbread
Boonie had some really good mini peach cobblers, sized right for 1 or 2 people.
My gf called in a week ahead of time and asked Boonie if she could buy a full size sweet potato pie for my birthday, glorious!

So I finally got back, and OMFGBBQ this place is money.
Went with Sue and my dad, both of them got the pulled pork sandwich with seasond fries. and I got the hot links sandwich with corn bread and WOW the foods good. I'm a wing guy so hard to start off with some honeyed hot wings (some of the best I had) were waiting for are food and they brough us each 2 ribs to try(WOW smoked and pulled right off the bone) The pulled pork was great the buns are so fresh and melted in your mouth.
Lets just say I'm going back for sure, Boonie came out talked to us like he does with all his customers saying how hes brining new food from new Orleans such as Gumbo cat fish (had some in Oregon and it's good)
But for sure if u like good food check this place out (had to pic up some peacan and sweet potato pie for later)
