Which makes me ask the same question. If they are the same motors in the end, what made you go for a GSR instead of a type r? Is it the cost?

there are little differences stock that makes the type R crank out 25 more HP.
cams, valvesprings, retainers, use of a factory ported B16a engine head, 62mm throttle body, forged crank, forged rods, slightly higher comp pistons.
at the end, if you end up changing all the internals, theyre basically the same motor.
back on topic, let the OP sell the car.
i sold car as rolling shell, so the motor Im not too sure of completely.

hey everyone,
The car for sale is my cousins, he bought this car off of tofu, but the shell only.
As for why he did the gsr motor, he already had one built before hand and needed somehthing to run it in.
I just found out the car will come with falken rt615s, snow tires were too old for any good use.
pictures will be up mid week and can be seen this weekend.
