Love car modification. Any welding schools?
Hello,
I like cars. More than that I love modifying them. So far i have designed some models. My friends appreciated that.
But I was thinking seriously about entering into the car modification. I like to learn welding for body modifications. I searched some welding schools, but I'm little confused which course to choose. I need help.
By the way I'm from Canada

welding today's unibody panels requires very little skills as its all spot welds. and whatever gets tacked on always gets filled with filler and sealers. so visible welds are always hidden. car welding is not even comparable to real welding as its not even difficult. maybe learn tig welding as we still need aluminum certified techs in body repair.

You can contract that kind of work out... wielding exposes you to a chemical that gives you a disease at an old age.

Vancouver Island University has a really good welding program.

Thanks.
Ok, so i don't have to learn full welding. A distant friend of friend has a body shop I could get apprenticeship there. But before that I need to learn some aspects I believe. i found this welding training school, that give specific training. I will see them next day or so.
