Stick in rink was the Canucks' first jersey so more retro than V or skate.. I guess they modernized it a little, but it was the first, and easily best, jersey the Canucks have ever worn.

The stick in the rink is before the flying V and skate logo, its the first jersey the team every had so that's why I consider that retro.

Bottom line they need to make the stick in rink the official home jerseys and the 40th anniversary's as the away jerseys

yea i like the pilot logo - maybe lose the rink logo goggles.. a logo within a logo is too much.

i like the vintage stick in rink more than the retro stick in rink, ice should be white.... not blue


really like the pilot johnny canuck jersey too but not sure what connection to pilot is

Montreal is lowballing PK in terms of the salary offer ahead of this Friday's arbitration hearing:

Report: Subban seeks $8.5M in arbitration, Habs offer $5.25M

According to Ken Campbell of The Hockey News, the Canadiens submitted an offer of $5.25 million on a one-year contract, while Subban - represented by agent Don Meehan of Newport - is asking for $8.5 million.

The one-year offer from the Canadiens would still make Subban a restricted free agent with arbitration rights next summer.

Does anyone know how arbitration works? I'm wondering if the arbitrator, can offer an alternate salary offer after hearing the offer from both sides.

He'd prolly get close to Shea Weber money after arbitration. Weber got $7.5M 1 year in 2011. I'd say Subban would get somewhere in that neighborhood but no more than $9.
