i skied for 11 years. and boarded for 2. never boarded enough to get very good at it. but i was a champ on skis.
tough descision for me to start boarding and basically start from scratch or start skiing and be good, but the only person skiing.

I agree with u on that. I starting skiing in grade 2 or 3 and went every year for the longest time. Then once when I was going to church and was a good girl, lol, my church went up to Sun peaks and I tried boarding for the first time. It's fun, but since I can't keep up to everyone without making them stop and wait I'd rather go skiing

i used to board alot. maybe 3 years strait. but then my buddy moved to calgary and going by yourself is no fun

So, Friday morning one of my brother's really really good friends died in a car accident in Westwold, then a couple hours later his grad date rear ended a semi.... I feel so bad for him, she's not dead by the way. But it's really strange, because the accidents were completely unrelated, yet her dad was the coroner at Conner's accident, around 1 - 2am, then Mandy was in her car accident at 5am and he had to attend that just after, not knowing it was his daughter, crazy.

I used to be really good at skiing and then for some reason became terrified of it, lol, so now I'm the one on the bunny hill that 8 year olds tell to get out of the way, lol.

So a guy just down the street got in a little fight with another guy in a firebird.. guy in the truck gets back in (its lifted with chrome exhaust, nice truck) and he goes to drive away and the firebird guy does the same.. except the firebird guy stomps it and smokes the guy int he truck right as he was going around a corner and rolls the truck.. guy in the truck go a sore back, guy in the firebird is in the hostpital with life threatening injuries on account of the bumper going thru the winshield because of the lift kit on the truck. Who knows what the guy was on.

Was at the Aundres sound comp today. Seemed to be a good turn-out being the west coast finals. I recogniced a few cars there off this board from Vancouver. Yellow Mazda with the slidout spoiler thing on the bumper that has a lcd screen.
