fuck I'm so sore....10K run on Monday, 2hrs at the gym on Tuesday, 10K run yesterday...the 2hrs at the gym tonight's gonna kill me...but fuck I've lost 12lbs over the last couple of weeks....with the muscle I've put on, I'm probably at about 15lbs less fat than a month ago...rather pleased :D

BMI of 25.1 right now...2 more lbs and I'm under the magic 25 mark hahaha

my neighbours had a friend from las vegas visit in the summer once. it was cloudy and rainy but still in the high 10's and low 20's and she was freezing. she spent most of the weekend wrapped up in blankets shivering.

oh and beware of cockroaches in your bed. i've heard of a few horror stories involving cockroaches in the bed and these weren't from sleazy motels or anything.

did a little glenmore backyard shop work last night at my buddies place... cars still there :( got the control arms and brakes on the passengers side but i couldnt get the ball joint out of the steering arm on the drivers side... gotta get it towed to a shop and get them to remove it :(
this sucks not having my car in the garage :( it looks so lonely in there!
