I took this picture of my car a few days ago at night with my Canon 6MP point and shoot. I used the night mode setting on the camera without flash, but the picture came out blurry and grainy. Are there ways I can get rid of the grainyness and increase the clarity while taking a night photo (using the same camera)?

Also, how do you guys resize your pictures? I find the MS photo resizer tool decreases image quality quite a bit

well for most p&s on night pics it increase iso which increase noise... so set the iso lower 400 ish it'll be better however it'll be blury because of stability lol cant compromise

Lower the ISO and use a tripod.

the background is fairly simple (looks like it's just plain black)...clone it out in PS :)

Great shots! for a beginner, you have some great car photos. For the front grill, how did you get the lighting to be so smooth and even? Is it natural lighting, or flash, or do you have a light set up?
