swt getta wagon |
blackradon, maybe take a look at the sigma 10-20. It's quite a bit cheaper and does a great job! A few of us on here have it, and I've yet to hear anything bad about it, nor do I find anything wrong with mine! |
Try not centering the car so much in the frame, all 3 shots have the car right in the middle. Google > rule of thirds Also watch your shadows (pic 1) and chopping off parts of the car (pic 3) Sweet car btw, had me a little confused, thought it might have been from out of country or something. New shoes. C+C would be much appreciated. Shot with an XSI and 50mm F1.8 MKII. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3279/...806dbe73_o.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3170/...3e81bbe2_o.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3007/...41425204_o.jpg http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2054/...47338a7b_o.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3172/...b23c9a71_o.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3235/...e0187ddf_o.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3210/...4a3e0bc4_o.jpg Kev |

Nice mazda 3, really clean. Pics look good too! What rims are those? Enkei? |
Thanks for the kind comments guys! BlackRadon: I lived in Alberta for a year. You may not have our graffiti walls, but there are many beautiful things in Alberta you could share with us. It's not all fields :D MikesJo: Yes, Enkei RPF1's. 17x9's on 245/40/17. A bit of a risk fitting such a wide wheel/tire combo on but I'm managing with a sliver of clearance here and there. A big improvement over the 18x7, 215's that come stock on the MS3. Kev |
:damn: I love that MS3 :eek5r: |

Not to go too far OT, but yes, the roads, especially in Edmonton are unbearable. What city are you in? Calgary has some nice places to shoot downtown or in Northwest near the COP overlooking the city. Kev |
i live in banff, so a good 45 min drive..But yes back OT...shots coming today. |

Can't wait. What kind of car? Truthfully, I was near there with a friend because he wanted a new camera bag and happened upon the location. It's too bad that some of the artwork has been vandalized by some losers. Some awesome stuff there. Kev |
Un-touched JPGs. Still need to edit the raw files. http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3083/...409e745a_b.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3203/...e6cdd9a5_b.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3122/...6d429893_b.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3223/...cb025e1d_b.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3092/...18d00db6_b.jpg |
