No doubt, makes for some pretty epic stories among friends.

So it looks like I'll have two whole days to spend in Vegas...won't be clubbing or gambling .. anyone recommend some good things to check out?

So far I have on the list is to wander Caesar's Palace and Venetian Canals and shops.. any good reasonably priced buffets??

Yea perhaps some hotels will charge you but I've personally parked at various hotels on the strip and valet and that was how it is. Caesar Palace I is a good choice since it's in the middle and their lot is free and their Valet is on a tip basis. Unless this has changed in the last year but doubt it. Either way enjoy your trip mang.

Wynn is win when it comes to buffet

Planet Hollywood one is decent but people rank it high because of the selection. Reminded me a lot like a bigger Old Country Buffet

Wynn is definitely the best buffet out of the whole Strip. No questions!

Bellagio is one of my favorites and if you want an early dinner make sure to go when they do the switch over to dinner so you can save about $10/person. Their lunch ends at 4pm and their dinner starts at 4pm. So if you go at like 3:45 or so you pay the lunch price but inside they are already switching all the food to dinner. You can do this at any buffet that doesn't close between lunch and dinner for prep.

Planet's buffet is fairly solid in my opinion and liked it all 3 times I've gone.

Wynn I'm only ok with. I've gone 3 times and the first time was really good but the 2nd and 3rd were avg at best. Not sure what happened here but that's how it went for me at least.

I did the same thing when we ate at the buffets as well.

Go for a late lunch/early dinner and you save quite a bit cause it adds up. Go do your thing and/or party then hit up the 24 hr cafes inside Harrahs or the other casinos if you get hungry later on

Seems like everyone either hates or loves the Wynn buffet. It's by far the most expensive one. Does the Bellagio one have seafood?

If you get the 24/h Harrah's buffet pass it isn't a horrible deal at $35. Good at all these hotels for a 24 hour period from when you buy it. Not the best buffets of the bunch but you can try a bunch of them.

* Harrah's Las Vegas: Flavors
* Flamingo: Paradise Garden Buffet
* Imperial Palace: Emperor's Buffet
* Paris: Le Village Buffet
* Rio: Carnival World Buffet
* Caesars Palace: Lago Buffet
* Planet Hollywood: Spice Market Buffet

Good call. Planet Hollywood is solid and Paris isn't too bad imo. Have not tried the rest though but at $35 that's a good deal.

If there is a buffet you should check out its the ones at the Rio. The world or seafood ones are pretty good.
